How quickly will someone get back to me?
Calls and WhatsApps are answered during office hours, 08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday. Form and email enquiries are answered the same working day. Outside those hours, urgent attendance depends on availability, location and safe access, and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Which is faster, WhatsApp or the form?
WhatsApp, and a photo of the board, fitting or fault with your suburb is often enough for an estimate on the spot. Use the form when you would rather write it up properly or you are contacting us after hours.
Do you charge to come out and look?
Telephonic quotes and estimates are free. Where a site visit is needed to diagnose a fault, the applicable attendance and diagnostic fee is confirmed with you before anyone is dispatched, so there are no surprises.
